Software for measuring systems and stress test rigs

The demands placed on quality control systems have risen again in recent years. It is impossible these days for companies which manufacture and service rail vehicles to stay in business without carrying out full and proper measurement and verification processes on new and overhauled vehicles. WINtec process developed its WORK SUITE range of programs in response to this situation.

It consists of three modules. The BELAS data module records the forces and height dimensions on stress test rigs. The ELAS data module is used to measure corner forces and all the geometric dimensions on coach bodies. The MARK data module completes the range. It is used for final vehicle inspections and tests.
